Frequently Asked Questions
What is the PASS technique?
PASS stands for Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep. Our drills break each step into timed actions and error checks, reinforcing safe posture and distance from the fire.
Do your courses meet OSHA and NFPA requirements?
Courses are mapped to OSHA 1910.157 and NFPA 10. Employers remain responsible for hands-on practice and site-specific instruction; our modules support and document the knowledge component.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. After passing the final quiz, you can download a dated certificate with course title, duration, and a unique ID for internal records.
What equipment do I need?
Any modern browser and audio output. Optional: a training extinguisher or tag to pair e-learning with onsite practice led by your safety officer.
Can I enroll a team?
Yes. We support group enrollments and manager dashboards. Contact us for volume pricing and roster upload options.
How often should I refresh my training?
Most employers schedule annual refreshers. Our micro-courses and scenario labs make refreshers quick and focused on high-value skills.
Is this a replacement for emergency services?
No. For any fire beyond incipient stage or if you lack a clear exit, evacuate and call emergency services. Training improves preparedness but cannot eliminate risk.
Do you offer accessibility features?
Yes. Keyboard navigation, transcripts, and high-contrast themes are available. Use the Theme control to switch modes, and contact us for additional accommodations.
